Galop (0800 999 5428) Their team has decades of experience in supporting LGBT+ people who are victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime, so-called conversion therapies, honour-based abuse, forced marriage, and other forms of abuse.

Certitude London/Solidarity in a Crisis offers peer-led support across London to people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people experiencing a mental health crisis in Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

Trevor Project is the leading national organisation providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQIA+) young people under 25.

Students Against Depression is a website for students who are depressed, have a low mood or are having suicidal thoughts.

  • Pink Therapy offers a directory of qualified LGBTQIA+ friendly therapists and counsellors providing trusted, non-judgmental services for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, asexual, intersex and anyone who identifies as gender, sex or relationship diverse.

    Black Beetle Health Provide health information for LGBTQ+ Black people and People of Colour in the UK.

    Gendered Intelligence Offer multiple support services including, a support line through email whatsapp or phone, waiting for gender affirmative healthcare, therapists and counsellors network directory, mentoring in education, and one to one youth support. 

    CliniQ are offering a new way of accessing our wellbeing services for trans, non-binary and gender diverse people. Once you register with these services at CliniQ the first steps will be to have Support and Mentoring assessment and sessions.  Your mentor may refer you on for counselling services where it is identified that therapeutic counselling sessions would be most appropriate. 

    Spectra provides health and wellbeing services for trans* and non-binary people, from across London. Drop in groups, counselling, social sexual health services.

    LGBT Counselling Services is an online specialist psychotherapy and counselling service tailored for the LGBT community.

    LGBT Health and Wellbeing Offering multiple social and individual support services such as events, workshops, counselling services, helplines, and individual support sessions. You do not need a diagnosis of mental illness to access any of their services. 

    LGBT Foundation services include talking therapies, sexual health support, helpline and email support, domestic abuse and sexual violence support, community safety, recovery support, peer support, and advocacy. 

    Mind Out is a mental health service run by and for LGBTQ people. They offer support in many different areas, including mental health services, GP services, housing and homelessness, welfare rights, LGBTQ rights, support for addictions, counselling services, treatments, mental health law, Trans care pathways, community safety, immigration and asylum, relationship issues and many other things.

    The Pink Practice is a national and international LGBTQI counselling and psychotherapy service with its home base in London. They offer therapy wherever you are as it takes place online. They work with individuals, couples, families and households and extended families.

    Terrence Higgins Trust provides support for LGBTQIA+ people worried about their sexual health, including via a listening service

    Rainbow Mind offer courses, group sessions and support options for LGBTQ+ people and groups across the UK.  

    Metro offer low-fee one-to-one counselling for LGBTQ+ people aged 18 or over who live in Lewisham or Greenwich in London.

    Hub of Hope is a UK-wide mental health service database. Lets you search for local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support. You can filter results to find specific kinds of support.

  • Stonewall Housing Specialist housing advice for anyone identifying as LGBTQ+ in the UK.

    akt supports LGBTQIA+ people aged 16-25 who are homeless or living in a hostile environment.

    The Outside Project is an LGBTQ+ Community Shelter, Centre and Domestic Abuse Refuge in response to those within the LGBTIQ+ community who feel endangered, who are homeless, ‘hidden’ homeless and feel that they are on the outside of services due to historical and present prejudice in society and in their homes.

    Rainbow Migration are providing practical and emotional support for LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum to help improve their confidence and self-esteem and reduce isolation. We provide specialist legal information and advice, and campaign to improve the treatment of people seeking asylum.

    African Rainbow Family are the leading national expert by experience charity campaigning and advocating for racial justice & human rights of LGBTIQ+ refugees and people seeking asylum of African heritage & the Global Majority. ARF provides psychotherapeutic peer support, advocacy, advice, information and counselling for global LGBTQ equality. 

    Persian LGBT Advisory Services are a national asylum and refugee organisation which provides support and assistance to Persian speakers such as Afghan, Tajikistan and Iranian Asylum seekers in the UK.

    UK Lesbian and Gay Immigration Group Helpline and support meetings offering information and advice for lesbians and gay men on claiming asylum and other immigration issues.

  • London Friend provides services to improve the health and mental well-being of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex or Queer people and work to be there when people need it most. Includes counselling, drug and alcohol support, social and support groups, asylum seekers, sexual health, and telephone helplines. 

    Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (FFLAG) offer support to parents, friends and family members of those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

    Clare Project Provides online information and online groups for trans, non-binary and intersex adults. Offers in person services for people living in Sussex. 

    TransUnite Resource for people in the UK to search for trans support groups 

    Mermaids supports gender-diverse young people aged 19 and under, and their families and carers. Offers a helpline and and webchat. 

    Interconnected UK Provide peer support and a safe space for people with intersex traits/variations of sex characteristics (I/VSC) and their loved ones.

    Antidote is the UK’s only LGBTQ+ run and targeted drug and alcohol support service. Offers non-judgemental free advice and support from highly trained staff and volunteers identifying as LGBTQ+ who also have an understanding of the pressures and issues that come with drug or alcohol use. There is group work, relapse prevention support, sober social activities, referrals to detox clinics, women workers available, and information on harm reduction. 

    Hidayah Runs groups and events across the UK to support LGBT+ Muslim people.
